David Harewood: 'I was hearing voices'
Actor David Harewood had a mental breakdown in his 20s and was sectioned.
Speaking to 5 live's Stephen Nolan, he said he was "hearing voices... the police arrived and I was given an injection, probably to calm me down"
David Harewood is now a hugely successful international actor, known for his roles in Homeland and The Night Manager.
He said: "Maybe my brain had to fall apart in order to put it back together slightly differently."
