Speeches are the stock in trade of politicians - but what makes a really great speech, a speech that will go down in history, and change the world? That's the subject of a new book by the Times columnist Philip Collins, former speechwriter to Tony Blair. With the Westminster Hour's reporter Duncan Smith he analyse why some famous speeches, starting with those from Winston Churchill from the Pathe archive, have stood the test of time:
