Rees-Mogg predicts losing 'Henry VIII' vote
Conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg has said that there is 鈥減robably鈥 a majority against the government regarding the 'Henry VIII powers' currently in the EU Withdrawal Bill.
He said a bill which could 'self-amend' by secondary legislation was 鈥渙dd鈥 and 鈥渦nusual.鈥
