'I don't know about my future'
Thousands of people on the government's new benefits system are having to wait longer than six weeks to be paid in full.
Universal Credit is always paid in arrears which means some can find themselves without enough money to pay the rent.
In a series of reports Andrew Bomford has been looking at the impact Universal Credit is having in Newcastle upon Tyne because it was one of the first cities in the UK to begin switching to the system.
