Trucker freed despite running crossing

A lorry driver has been released from jail after his sentence for running a level crossing was overturned.

Tencho Hristov, 30, from Immingham in Lincolnshire, was caught on CCTV ignoring the warning lights in Roydon, Essex.

He damaged the barriers and drove off without alerting police.
