25 years ago this week the findings of the judicial report into the Orkney Child abuse case was published by Lord Clyde. Detailed and containing 194 recommendations it has had a profound effect on child law and protection. Anne Brown was working for the 大象传媒 in Orkney in 1991 during the events that led to the Clyde Inquiry, and earlier this month she went back there for this programme.
