Reading FC: Swift glad to be back firing
The Royals midfielder is delighted to be back in the goals after Forest brace.
John Swift scored twice in the 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest in the Championship.
"I had a long season last season, plus the [Under-21 European Championships]," Swift told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "I think that contributed to the injuries I've had this season.
"Hopefully that doesn't come up again."
And Swift knows how tricky a test Derby will prove in his side's next Championship game.
"I think if we build on the performance we've had today, get confidence from it and go into Derby with the same belief, and the same work rate as we did [against Nottingham Forest], hopefully we can get a result."
