Escaping Myanmar wasn't the end of Halima's problems
Aid agencies are warning that many Rohingya women and children are vulnerable to being trafficked into the sex industry in Bangladesh. More than half a million people have fled from Northern Rakhine state since Myanmar's military led violent operations there.
Newsday's Nomia Iqbal met Halima, a 21-year-old Rohingya woman who recently arrived in Bangladesh and was forced into prostitution.
