UK's Chinese community 'suffering in silence'
Many people in the UK's Chinese community are hiding or ignoring illnesses because of their culture - sometimes putting their lives at risk.
Traditional beliefs also mean women are encouraged to 'confine' themselves in their homes for a whole month after having a baby, not to wash their hair or shower, or have any visitors, including health professionals.
With such little awareness about the tradition, there are concerns potential problems are being missed.
