Armed forces at "breaking point" say former commanders
Former senior military officers have told MPs that years of cuts have left the UK's armed forces "close to breaking".
The warning came during as the Defence Committee looked at attempts to make 20 billion pounds of efficiency savings. Nick Quraishi reports.
