Govt's inquiry into land banking 'is a fig leaf'
Shadow Secretary for Housing and Planning John Healey MP has criticised the Government's housing target as a "fig leaf", saying "there鈥檚 nothing I鈥檝e heard from Philip Hammond today or in previous days that suggests he鈥檚 got a clue". Mr Healey told the Westminster Hour that plans for an inquiry into land banking are "feeble to the point of risible".
