Tokyo's high tech cemetery
In Japan, declining birth rates, shortages of space in cities and sky-rocketing prices for cemetery plots have brought about a radical rethink in how the deceased are both buried and commemorated. Ivana Davidovic has paid a visit to Tokyo Gobyo, a thoroughly modern cemetery overseen by a Buddhist monk named Tatsunori Ohora.
