Should parents of premature babies have more maternity leave?
A council in London has become one of the first employers in the UK to introduce extended maternity and paternity leave for all staff whose babies are born prematurely. Sarah Miles, from the charity The Smallest Things, tells Jane how her experience made her want to campaign for the policy.
