'Minor fracture could have been worse'
NHS patient Allan Browne believes the delay in having his fractured ankle treated has lengthened the time it has taken to recover.
He was speaking on the day it was revealed that the number of people waiting more than four hours in Scotland's accident and emergency units reached record high levels in the last week of the year.
