Cricket commentator Jim Maxwell says Trevor Bayliss should leave his role as England coach.

Bayliss has recently announced that he plans to quit after the next Ashes series in 2019 - when England will look to regain the urn after their 4-0 humiliation in Australia.

But Maxwell has criticised England's lack of fight, describing them as 'lambs to the slaughter'.

And he doesn't believe Bayliss has what it takes to make them better when playing abroad.
