Flintoff applied to be England cricket boss
Andrew Flintoff talked about applying for England's head coaches job in 2014, saying he wanted to "try and make a difference" after being "disgusted" in how the team were playing.
When Flintoff applied for the job, he didn't initially receive a reply. "They didn't believe it was my e-mail. I've had one e-mail address all my life, and they said they didn't know it was me," said the former England captain.
Flintoff eventually withdrew his application saying: "Peter Moores was the front runner. In my honest opinion, I would not be better than him."
The ex-cricketer did say, however, that he "wants to do it one day."
