'I just needed a hug'
A father from Dorset has been telling 大象传媒 Radio Solent about how his teenager daughter's suicide attempt led to a life-changing diagnosis of autism.
Samantha Whittick from Bournemouth tried to take her own life, in part because of her father's inability to hug her.
Her father, Arsenal, had been struggling to cope, but had no idea why - until the pair ended up in hospital.
They've been telling 大象传媒 Radio Solent their story.
