Why does Africa hold so much promise?
It's often said that much of Africa's economic potential is linked to the development of communications and access to the internet. This is where a company like Unifi steps in. Based in New York, Unifi is one of the world's largest carriers of international phone calls with a footprint in 80 countries. And it recently bought WIS Telecom in an effort to expand rapidly across Africa.
The 大象传媒's Russell Padmore caught up Unifi's founder Adrian Shatku and asked him why he thinks the continent holds great promise for the telecoms business.
