Reading FC: Stam knows the Royals need to improve
Reading FC manager Jaap Stam is hoping his side can show some improvement soon.
The Royals are winless in eight league games after defeat to Brentford on Saturday.
"Sometimes in training everything looks well, it looks good," Stam told ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "It's not always going to go the same in games as it does in training.
"The players themselves want to do better, and make better decisions as well."
And Stam was keen to point out he does not fear too much for his job at this current moment.
"You're trying to work hard with the team to get the maximum out of it.
"I'm not worried about that, I'm worried about the players, and I am hoping the players can get to a certain level again to where they were last season."
