Reading FC: Ulderink hoping for confidence boosting win
Royals assistant manager Andries Ulderink wants to rebuild squad confidence in the FA Cup.
Whilst Reading are unbeaten in eight league games, they have a chance to progress to the FA Cup fifth round against Sheffield Wednesday.
"It's a chance again to get a win," Ulderink told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Ady Williams. "To play a good game, and get a little bit of confidence.
"Hopefully you can use that confidence for the next couple of league games, but we want to perform in the FA Cup as well."
And Ulderink says that he understands how some of the fans may be feeling following Reading's fortunes this season.
"I can understand disappointment in a result...in the last two months, it's not what we all expected.
"At the moment, as a staff, as a team, we need the fans to help us as well."
