The Dorset man who's become the first person to receive a British Citizen Award posthumously
John Newell from Lytchett Minster spent more than 20 years helping disabled people enjoy the Dorset countryside at the East Holton Driving Centre near Poole. He passed away from throat cancer last year at the age of 88. We spoke to friend and centre volunteer Geoff Lonsdale, who nominated him for the honour.
