Food Friday - Spicy Haggis Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

200g haggis, crumbled
Half red onion, finely chopped
50g spicy Mexicana cheese
Processed cheese slices
Spring roll pastry or filo pastry
Egg white
Veg oil

Combine the haggis, onion, Mexican cheese.

Roll into small sausage shape.

Wrap a piece of processed cheese around then roll up in a half sheet of pastry.

Fry in oil heated to 170C until golden then drain in kitchen roll and serve hot with chilli dipping sauce.
