Judge Rosemarie Aquilina sentenced former Team USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar to 175 years in prison, after he was convicted of multiple counts of sexual assault. Katherine Starr is a former Olympic swimmer, who was abused as a child. She created Safe 4 Athletes, a foundation that provides support and helps sports organizations tackle sexual misconduct.

She says more needs to be done to combat sexual assault.
