Frank Lampard: How social media affects my daughters

Former Chelsea and England midfielder Frank Lampard says he can "sense a difference" in his two daughters - who are 12 and 10 - when they spend too much time online.

Speaking to Emma Barnett, Lampard explained how his daughters can become "detached" after spending time on social media platforms and iPads.
