Natasha Barnes + Zara H Phillips

Kat's joined by actress and musican Natasha Barnes + singer-songwriter Zara H Phillips.

Natasha Barnes first came to the public's attention when she stepped into the role of Fanny Brice for the West End run of Funny Girl at the Savoy Theatre. She's now releasing her debut album and Kat will be talking to her all about it.

She's also talking to singer-songwriter Zara H Phillips who was adopted as a child about her book that explores her experiences of adoption.

And you can hear the second part of martial arts teacher Mary Stevens' trip to India helping to empower girls there.
