Facebook boss on life with 'a cancer nobody has heard of'
In her first broadcast interview since her diagnosis, Facebook's Vice-President in Europe - Nicola Mendelsohn, describes how her diagnosis "smacked her in the face".
But now, despite there being no cure, she says she feels "fit and healthy" and determined to fight for more funding for research into the disease.
