London Irish: van der Merwe urges Exiles response
London Irish second row Franco van der Mewe wants Exiles to be bold in relegation scrap.
After defeat to Sale on Saturday, London Irish now sit 12 points adrift at the bottom of the Premiership table, with just eight games remaining.
"The beauty of this game is another opportunity comes along immediately to put things right," he told ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Adam Williams.
"We can't be disappointed for too long...there's no way we can creep into our shells.
"Worcester's or other teams' results are out of our control. We need to focus on what we can do and that's play the way we want to play.
"We're looking forward to putting that right against Northampton."
