Black and Asian coaches 'are not trusted' - Butcher
The first black cricketer to represent England - Roland Butcher - says black and Asian coaches aren't trusted to do a professional job. The new head coach of Surrey - Vikram Solanki - is the only full-time non-white coach in the English county game. Butcher does think Solanki's appointment could lead to more opportunities for BAME candidates,
The Professional Cricketers Association and the the England and Wales Cricket Board insist that they鈥檙e doing all they can to offer all cricketers a future in the game after they鈥檝e finished playing.
