This week, Lauren was joined in the 6 Music Live Room by Raf Rundell, who forms one half of The 2 Bears with Hot Chip's Joe Goddard.
Raf performed two tracks from his debut LP Stop Lying - Sweet Cheeks and Every Morning. He also introduced Lauren to the 'vibe controller' in his band and told the story of how he's ended up making his first full-length album.
We also discussed the critically-acclaimed 'I, Tonya' in this week's edition of Friday Film Club.
