Baijiu: Chinese fire-water
When you travel and you're invited in, some people might offer a tipple, a very strong home-brewed liquor. In Kenya they call it Chang'aa, or kill-me-quick, in Ghana Akpeteshie. In Russia it would be Vodka, in China they have something called baijiu.
