Reading FC: Stam disappointed after a roller coaster afternoon
Speaking after Reading's 3-3 draw at home to Derby County the Reading boss told ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor he was pleased with some aspects of his side's performance, but they should have had more than a point.
Jaap Stam, Reading Manager:
"You can say 3-3, six goals is quite good, but from my opinion it is quite frustrating.
"They [Derby] don't have to do a lot to get the first goal and that was poor. After that you need to get back into the game and it isn't always easy.
"Liam Kelly and Mo Barrow come back with great goals.
"At half-time we talk about what we expect and what to do, and before you know it we are down 3-2 again...eventually we get back into it."
