When the weather is as bad as we've had recently, it can be hard for the island's cyclists to do the training they need.

It's why the Jersey Cycling Association Youth Academy has got a 'rollers' programme up and running - which gives youngsters the feeling of being on the road, without actually needing to go outside. Not only that, but it's a great way of developing the next generation of riders through.
