David Cameron's former press secretary has told The Westminster Hour that Theresa May spoke to her predecessor before making her third major Brexit speech at Mansion House on Friday. Baroness Bertin said: "They have spoken actually and she did speak to him before the speech, so they're on pretty good terms. I wasn't privy to the conversation, but yes they were in contact over the speech a couple of days before."
