One thing we love doing here at 大象传媒 Radio Jersey is getting out and about.

It's something our Sports Producer Jack Murley is particularly keen on - and in the past few weeks alone, he's tried his hand at everything from virtual-reality gaming to sea-swimming on the coldest day of the year.

So when Paul Gomes from the Channel Islands Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu club in St Helier asked if he wanted to come and give the martial art a go - he couldn't really refuse!
