The burlesque star helping 'disabilibabes' just like her
Jacqueline Boxx has Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome - a rare condition which means her joints easily dislocate. Back in 2007, she was involved in a car accident and forced to use a wheelchair for the first time and hated it. Yet, over time, she has grown to see it as representing "liberation and power". Passionate about burlesque dancing she regularly performs on stage and also uses her skills and experience to teach the art form to other 鈥渄isabilibabes鈥 just like her.
