Reports that British passports will be made by a French company
The colour of the British passport will change from burgundy to blue once the UK leaves the European Union in 2019. And it looks like there will be another change - the British firm which currently makes passports says it lost the contract to a French group.
MPs and Peers wanted to know why the government wasn't following the example of France which insists its passports are made in France on the grounds of national security.
