Reading FC: Clement raring to get going
The new Royals boss Paul Clement is excited to get going at his new club.
After taking over at Reading, Clement is confident he can keep the side in the Championship.
"I felt that before even seeing the players," Clement told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "This season, have they played under their potential? Have they underachieved?
"It's more likely that they have played underneath their potential...this season.
"It's about finding some quick solutions to try and get some confidence."
And Clement wouldn't give too much away about the style of play his team will employ.
"One, I have my own ideas about how I would like my team to play," he added. "Secondly I'm not a coach who will try and force square pegs into round holes.
"You've got to find that balance."
