Reflections on 20 years of the Good Friday Agreement
20 years ago the Ulster Unionist Party and the SDLP were the two dominant parties in Northern Ireland. The UUP leader David Trimble and Seamus Mallon were key players in negotiating the Good Friday Agreement and selling it to voters in a referendum.
