Music To Help Get You Out Of The Darkness

Simon Gray shares some tunes that help on difficult days and also soundtrack the sunnier ones. His selection includes Minnie Riperton, Purity Ring, Jurassic 5 and Marvin Gaye.

We catch up with Simon Gray in East Kilbride. For Simon, music is a great release, that helps him get away from his own brain when he needs it.

He shares two playlists: one for those days when you might be dealing with anxiety, stress or depression; and another to soundtrack those lighter days.
