Street sellers to be fined if caught pestering tourists
It's a universal experience for tourists in developing countries, that people offering trinkets or services, and not taking "no" for an answer, will be a feature of your visit. It can be very annoying or even scary. Now Egypt's parliament has decided to ban the practice, threatening big fines. The Guardian's Cairo reporter, Ruth Michaelson has more.
