Aviation and transport companies are interested in creating transportation systems in the air above busy cities. They are currently developing Electric VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) vehicles, or put simply flying cars.
Uber believes they could have flying cars in certain cities as soon as 2020. Andrew J Hawkins, a transportation reporter at The Verge, tells us more.
