Legalising cannabis 'would starve criminals'
Legalising cannabis could turn it into a cash cow for the exchequer and cut the cost of drug enforcement, claim some of those opposed to its prohibition.
In a personal film for the Daily Politics soapbox series, James Price of the Taxpayers' Alliance put the case for legalising the drug, adding: "I don't think the government has any right to tell me that I can't smoke cannabis."
