What's the difference between Cava and Prosecco?
John Murphy talks to the general manager and CEO Sumarroca about the new 'premium' Cava de Paraje. He explains how Cava is generally thought of as a cheap, less popular alternative to the likes of Prosecco even though, in terms of exports, Cava is as big as Champagne, and it is made in the same expensive, time-consuming way.
