Meghan Markle has been welcomed into Britain's Royal family by many who regard her as the first black or mixed-race member. But did Queen Charlotte, the wife of England's King George III, also have African ancestry? Dan Damon spoke to DeNeen L. Brown, a reporter for the Washington Post.
