Paul Meisak was told he had terminal cancer in 2016. He鈥檚 recording a diary for 5 live Breakfast to show his ups and his downs as he receives treatment.

Paul, who lives near Glasgow with his wife Bridget, has physiotherapy once a week to help relieve pain. His therapist wants him to stay fit so that he can "extract all of the goodness" from the time he has.

Paul said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 the impact it has on those who you love. It鈥檚 not for me, it鈥檚 for Bridget.鈥�
