Should music streaming services promote artists accused of abuse?

R Kelly has been accused of mistreating women, but does that mean access to his music should be restricted? In May, the music streaming service Spotify introduced a "Hate Content & Hateful Conduct" policy, giving the company reason to remove artists from playlists if they were involved in "controversies".
