Wanting to set up an import-export business, entrepreneur Sana Javeri Kadri travelled to India in the hunt for the perfect turmeric. After visiting 12 farms, Sana hit upon the perfect, pungent variety. Yet this is no ordinary financial venture. Sana explains it’s a queer business based around tolerance – hiring employees who may struggle to be accepted elsewhere and paying them a fair wage in the process
