Saddleworth Moor Fire: Families evacuated as fire rages
Firefighters are struggling to contain a huge fire that's spreading on Saddleworth Moor in Greater Manchester. More than 50 homes have been evacuated and a major incident has been declared.
Clive Patrick a local councillor for Carrbrook, a village near the moor, was helping families leave their homes last night.
As he told Radio 4's World at One "the local parish church opened up its hall" to help those affected.
