Action urged over dog attacks
Tougher action must be taken to tackle a rise in dog attacks, according to representatives of farmers and postal workers.
MPs have heard that thousands of postal workers are injured every year by dogs, and farmers lose thousands of animals, but the current law is ineffective, unfair and patchily enforced.
