Labour bid to "sanction" welfare minister fails
Labour failed to "sanction" the Work and Pensions Secretary by docking her ministerial pay as punishment for her handling of the Universal Credit roll-out.
The move came in an acrimonious Labour-led debate after a row between Esther McVey and the spending watchdog, the National Audit Office.
